Price was keen. Delivery was prompt. Landys seem to have switched to Amazon Delivery - although it came with Royal Mail (like before). I was getting umpteen messages from Amazon Delivery, the last but one of which said the delivery had failed - but the item appeared in my post box that day. I just want the item delivered - I don't need a blow by blow account of what is (or isn't happening) with my package - but that seems to be the norm nowadays

7 of the 20 boxes of A. VOGELS Santasapina bonbons I purchased were actually sealed but EMPTY so beware ,the initial attraction of a lower price may well prove costly if this is the outcome . UPDATE , apparently it’s been passed on to Vogels who manufacture this product, over 3 weeks later NO RESPONSE , clearly they ain’t interested, potential customers might be however !

I am very disappointed with the customer service of this business, it’s over a week now they emailing me and saying the same thing “Your package is out for delivery” “we had some troubles with your delivery and it will be delivered the following day” and when they finally said it’s delivered I still never got my package, I never even heard the door ring I even asked my neighbor if they got a my package by accident they said no, I’m very disgusted with this business I would not recommend
