I ordered an item two weeks ago, delivery was meant to be 2-3 days, still nothing. No updates and I've contacted them twice to ask for a refund and been refused. Won't be ordering from them again.
I ordered two products from this online shop, one of which came leaked and empty bottle. Contacted shop for return/ refund, and faced so many obstacles and lack of willingness to resolve the issue, like never before with any "trusted" shop. We have so far exchanged around 10 emails in which I was requested to send multiple photos and information to prove that the 10 GBP worth product is really faulty, that I feel I am dealing with a refund of an order worth thousands of pounds :) But this is a principle, I believe my right is to claim a refund for an item that arrived empty! In every new email sent by them, they ask for more and more photos and proofs, first of a product, then of a barcode, now of a parcel... I feel they try to discourage me from my my claim, but this is not how an online business runs. Customers have their rights, among others to have the problem resolved in a timely and decent manner.
