The price was good. Delivery was timely. Exactly what I wanted.

So, I placed my first order with this company in Saturday. By Monday I had still not received a conformation email, I therefore contacted the company to see if they had actually received my order. I received a reply fairly quickly stating that they had received my order and that I would receive my parcel Wednesday, which is today. Part of the reason I chose to order from here was a reviewer stating that Landy's were quick with dispatch and delivery. Wrong! I received another email today telling me that delivery will now be on Saturday. Which is a full week. That to me is poor. Especially when these are pharmacy items. This was my first order and it will be my last. I'd advise people to avoid this place unless you don't mind waiting for ages for delivery.

Poor customer service. I ordered 2 bars of expensive soap on 28th June. They are supposed to be a special treat for my Grandma's birthday and Christmas presents as she loves this soap. One week later Landys Chemist emailed me to say that they do not actually have it in stock and don't know when it will be in stock. They said they have therefore cancelled the order and refunded me. I paid by PayPal so I could see immediately that they have NOT refunded me as they said they have. I have contacted them twice to alert them to the fact that they have not refunded me and to request a refund for the £17.99 (it's a LOT of money!) and there is no reply. I am now having to go through PayPal to try to get my money back. To make matters worse, the soap is still listed as in stock and available to buy online so another customer could make the same mistake that I have and pay for a product which they do not actually have! I am writing this to warn other customers as it is really not good of the seller to list items they do not have, take the customers money, have a long delay in processing the order, then to lie and say they have refunded the customer when they have not. I have only once before received such poor customer service in over a decade of making purchases online, but at least on the other occasion I did actually receive the goods I had paid for! Update: I have increased the stars from 1 to 2 as I did receive a full refund shortly after opening a case and requesting a refund through PayPal.

The price of my order was very competitive and the turnaround time was excellent. I have ordered from Landys before and I will certainly continue to order from them again.

Arrived on time. The product was a good price I use this product all the time so it helps when it's a bit cheaper.

In fairness Landys chemist was the only outlet that I could get CLn shampoo from at the time of purchase. It is too early to determine if the product is effective but as I keep getting requests to review and just want to stop receiving emails here you are, minus one star.
