Bad experience all around.

I'm going to miss everything about Ladyboss. Customer service, the shakes, the community. I don't know where else to go or try. 😪

I am still waiting for 2 orders placed on 4/9 and paid for 4/12.

I still haven’t received my order 2 1/2 weeks later and it took me literally hours to get on the website to order something. I would cancel my order if I could.

BUYER BEWARE. Lady Boss was having their sale and the site was running slow. That’s fine, I get it. However to my knowledge my purchase was never successful. However, I then had 3 separate charges from them on credit card statement! (On 4/14/22) I did not get any email confirmation of this so I reached out to their customer service asking for order confirmation, On 4/21/22. I got a generic response email saying they would respond in 24 hours. On 4/24/22 I emailed again. It is now 4/29/22 and I have not received product or a response ! I clearly stated I would be happy to receive the product…You know that is usually how business transactions work. Money for a service or good. And poor Miss Lady Boss said she was going out of business because of costs and here she goes scamming people!

I like the product but their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! I placed an order on 04/13/22 for 3 boxes of birthday cake protein bars. So far all I had received was the order receipt!! I sent email after email, text after text and Facebook messages after Facebook messages and NO ONE would respond!!! I finally get an email on 04/26/22 that my order was received and there were some delays with Afterpay (the way I paid for it) but I would get an email confirmation once the order is shipped. Seriously!!!! Its been over 2 weeks!!!! The company is going out of business and I'm starting to wonder if it's because Kaelin the owner who talks like she has a bubble or spit in her mouth at all times or snot up her nose, is shady. I just want my money refunded at this point. Yeah they did a liquidation sale so their excuse is they are super busy but she should have been way better prepared for this. Way to go!

This is by FAR the best protein shakes I’ve ever tried! I have been on protein shakes for probably 25 years now and her vanilla cake powder is the BEST and most nutritional powder I’ve had. It taste like you’re literally eating a piece of birthday cake 🎂 and it’s curved my cravings daily. I love it! I work for the USPS so I’m working 10-12 shifts 5-6 days a week running mail. So the shakes are my life! I soooo wish she wasn’t going out of business, cause what am I going to do now?! :( I definitely ordered 4 boxes of the single packets of the vanilla cake powder 🤫😂 So hopefully it will last me until the end of this year and I’m praying I can find another powder I love, like I do Lady Boss! 🙏🏼

I love lady boss lean. I hate to see it leaving. But what I always say family always comes first no matter what. So I hope everyone learns something from you. I really loved your products. I hope it comes back in the future.

Beth was awesome!! I stocked us on lean and fuel during the sale and when I checked out the site timed out. Beth contacted me about refunding me due to duplicate transactions. They caught it before I did! Their customer service is fabulous!! Thank you Beth!!

I just completed my first challenge with squad #84, the ladies were great and so encouraging! I have gained a new love for myself and to know it is okay to put yourself first so you can be a better you to be better for the ones you love!

I just completed the Live 28 Day Challenge in squad #84 & it was AMAZING!! It has been a while since I was active, but I am so excited to keep this momentum going ❤ My favorite part of the challenge was getting my CONFIDENCE back, learning so many new tips & tricks for creating healthy habits has literally changed everything about my mindset!

I love the vanilla cake & strawberry shake. Just got the cinnamon roll which I wasn't too impressed with. I think it lacks flavor compared to the other two that I like. I've also tried the cookies and cream which is good too.

Amazing program. Lots of information and definitely all hands on deck! Be prepared to be available and committed ladies. This won't work unless you are!

This powder is amazing! I use a scoop in my smoothies. You can add, literally, any frozen vegetable, or fruit, to your smoothie and add a scoop of the Vanilla Birthday Cake Lean and you’d never know there were veggies in there. I add a tsp of apple cider vinegar or part of a jalapeño to the smoothie and it covers those flavors too.

I have tried many other “greens” supplements and I have hated them all until I discovered LadyBoss Greens. They really do have an apple pie flavor! Now, instead of choking down greens or trying to hide them in things, I actually look forward to drinking them! They make me feel more satisfied, give me a slight boost in energy and my excess weight is finally starting to come off! I love my LadyBoss Greens!!!! 💚

My mom & I both do the lady boss lean shake mix. It has been very good for both of us. We both like the flavor of the powder.

I’m in love with every single flavor of protein powder I have tried so far it helps me appetite I’ve lost over 5 pounds and my first bag isn’t even gone yet! I’ve tried every single brand of protein powder out there and nothing else comes close. I had a serious addiction to sweets and I don’t get cravings at all anymore lady boss gained a loyal customer!❤️
