The bars taste good, however I only received half of my order, I still haven’t received the shakes, and it took a lot longer than I expected.

It has taken weeks to get my sample bars. Still waiting for the sample shakes. Tried my first bar this morning and not a fan of the taste at all. Very chalky and hard to chew.
The bars taste really good and i am able to eat them because they have no sucralose in them. Which is something that I can not have. I wish that you made the shakes the way you make the bars with stevia and monk fruit. Then i would be set. Please consider this when making changes or a whole different line of shakes for people like me who can not have the fake sugars. Thank you.
Worst customer service experience ever! I had been a member of Lady Boss for quite some time now, I have had some unexpected medical mishaps happen, so I needed to cancel my membership because you can only push your shipments out 1 month. That in itself is ridiculous, but because I have 5 bags here, I needed to return some, I was allowed to return 1! but.......... because I didn't return it within the "window", which was just a few days earlier because my family and I were sick Lady Boss will not refund my money, they did say that they could ship it back to me for $5. What the *&^#%!! I will never sign up again for Lady Boss and I will no longer refer anyone. Just another case of your a number and you don't matter!
I made my purchase on the 'try before you buy' promo and added 3 bars on Jan 18th. I immediately felt bombarded with emails with last chance for this and that special... They should offer the specials AFTER they confirm receipt of the ordered products. I had to check on a shipping status and was given 2 tracking links which were someone else's order because the delivery went to PA, I'm in HI. My bars were shipped on 1/28/22 and received on 2/1/22. The sample shakes haven't even hit the USPS and it's 16 days since I ordered. Not happy with the process and service.
I didn't get any shipping updates, and I still haven't received my full order. Follow-up: I did call this company and speak to a representative, and I informed them that there had been no email updates for shipping. It had almost been two weeks, since I placed my order. I received the order broken up into three separate shipments, and only one out of the three gave me a shipping tracking number. The representative said, "They were working on this issue, and would hopefully have a better format in the future." I also had to verify my order by keeping my information for this purpose. I got the impression, the representative was questioning me until she further "searched". I waited a decent amount of time on the phone to get a resolution. So, I wanted to update my review, where I feel this company wanted to throw shade at me, or give the impression my review wasn't honest.
I’m not a fan of the texture or flavor of the protein bars. They are also low in protein from what I am used to.
I didn't receive everything in my order. I was supposed to receive 3 sample protein bars and packets of the protein powder. I did receive the bars, but they were squished after they arrived. I know they were free, with paid shipping but I was so excited to try them because I heard great things and wanted to change my supplement. I gave it 3 stars because it did arrive in a cute pink packet, the bars were there but I couldn't eat them. Also, it didn't have my name on the package it said the resident of my address. I was a little upset because it could have gone to someone else by accident and no one would have recognized the mistake because no name on the package.
I got these protein bars. They are disgusting. I had high hopes for these. The taste is gross. I’m sorry I wasted my money.
I still haven’t received my order. So I can’t review it. I placed my order 15 days ago.

I discovered LadyBoss shakes from a Facebook ad. I was skeptical thinking it was just another rapid weight loss gimmick. Happily, I was wrong. LadyBoss is a HUGE community of amazing LadyBosses (like minded women), LadyBoss coaches and, of course, Kaelin (owner). After trying the shakes and hanging out in the Facebook community page, I joined a 28 Day Challenge. I quickly found this was like no other weight/health challenge I ever participated in. This was focused on getting your mind into the game. Having purpose. Believing yourself. Being accountable with a great community supporting you along the way. Then the food, water and exercise followed. The experience has been like no other and it’s just the beginning of my new me. A life style, not a diet, that is based on mindset, positivity and inner strength. The scale and your body’s external improvements follow.
As someone who is avidly into health, and always trying to find something that not only tastes great but is also great for you I was highly disappointed! As I was ordering the sample pack of the bars I also ordered the sample pack of the shakes, and decided to go ahead and order a full box of the birthday cake bars. When I was I was disappointed that’s an understatement. They’re disgusting! Extremely chewy texture which was the very first thing that threw me off, but as I chewed a bit more it became almost grainy with a horrible taste. The aftertaste is just as bad if not worse. I’m hoping for some off the wall reason I just received a bad box, because I was actually looking forward to these. On top of all of this, I ordered everything at the same time. Having only received the full box of bars and nothing more. Hopefully the shakes taste better, but at this time I will NOT be ordering again.
I love the LadyBoss Lean Shakes. I have only purchased the Birthday Cake Lean Shake but there are so many different ways to change the flavor. It is amazing without adding anything; but the flavors you can create are endless!! These shakes really help with my sweet tooth!
Not sure if I'm the only one that doesn't like this but it is so unbelievably sweet (vanilla lean). I have only tired mixing it with water so far. I will try with some unsweetened almond milk but I'm not a fan at all. And the greens is just awful! I miss my old shake company (no longer make them) and was hoping to like this one since it has so many positive reviews but either people are getting paid to give these reviews or they love extremely sweet flavors. I feel like I'm drinking store bought frosting from a can. If it was 70% less sweet then it would be good
These are really good. I haven’t tried THAT many protein bars but the ones that I have tried usually taste like fake sugar and have a weird texture. These are the perfect level of sweetness- not too sweet but just enough. They’re pretty chewy kind of like an RX bar. Overall way better than I expected and I’ll be repurchasing!
I ordered my free shakes so I can try them before committing to a subscription and never got my shakes! This was over a year ago! I emailed them to tell them that it showed it was delivered but never got them asked them to reship or refund me for the shipping and handling and got a rude email back! I was told they couldn't do anything about it. Then I emailed them back saying that this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced...and because I didn't get the sample shakes and was treated so poorly that they just lost a future customer! Still horrible customer service! I'm a shakeology customer and my shakeology has said it was delivered and it wasn't! They have sent another bag of shakeology! They take care all of that! They contact the mail service! I have a post office box! So my post office said it showed it was delivered but there was nothing in my post office box! Shakeology has awesome customer service because they care about their customers and you guys just care about profit! Shame on you!
I had been using Shakeology daily for over 5 years but decided to try Lady Boss. I placed my order 12/23/21 and the website charged my account for 5 bags when I only ordered one bag and one bag was free with the promotion. I got the over charge resolved however As as of 1/12/22 I still have not received my order. Fed Ex supervisor told me the shipments are lost and they have no idea what happened to them, and confirmed they did not deliver them to me. Lady Boss refuses to re send me my order and keeps telling me I must wait 30 days before they will file a lost packages claim. What the heck?! I feel a reasonable resolution is to provide me with compensation of new shipment immediately overnight at their cost but they are not responding. Doesn't appear to be an ethical business model company. I never had any problems with Shakeology. My first experience with Lady Boss stinks big time! ***1/13/22 RESPONSE TO JacQue: Yes the deliveries FINALLY arrived yesterday 21 days after I ordered them. I placed my order 12/23/21 and timed it so that it would arrive when my Shakeology was a couple days from being gone. I was told that I'd receive my Lady Boss order in 3 to 5 days. NOT 21 days shipment time. That is why I was ticked. The delay messed me up with my journey. Your company took zero accountability and did nothing except send me emails about how I needed to wait a full 30 days for the shipment to potentially arrive before they'd file a claim. So chocolate and vanilla cake Finally arrived 21 days late and guess what, LADY BOSS tastes awful and is barely palatable. Both flavors are comparable to water with sweetener. Horrible. Anyone reading this should try SHAKEOLOGY, as I used SHAKEOLOGY for 5 years and Shakeology actually tastes like a thick chocolate milkshake and is absolutely delicious. Better yet, Shakeology has healthier ingredients, and Shakeology provided exceptional customer service. Only once in 5 years did my monthly bag not arrive and they Overnight expressed a delivery to me without question, which is how it should happen. I didn't read anywhere in Lady Boss website that it takes 21 days for the shipment. Certainly Not worth the wait. I rate Lady Boss a total ZERO for product taste, customer service, and accountability.
For first time I found a product true to it's word ladyboss Lean I ordered the sample packet and I am in love with this product I finally found some motivation a product that taste great it tastes like cake I make it with ice and I make my own little ice cream out of it it's helped me get back up on my feet I had bypass surgery a year and a half ago and I'm feeling great and so I'm drinking my ladyboss Lean I'm getting ready to order another big big order and I'm hitting the gym and I'm swimming for the first time in a long time I really feel great and I like to thank you for this go ladyboss Lean
