I placed an order, and received only the greens. However my order shows as complete and shipped. The tracking info shows a weight for ONLY the greens. But I cannot get customer service to respond to me. I opened my first case, and never heard back. So I had to open a second case and include all of the info from my first case (to include case number). But you better believe I get emails daily regarding their sale. This is ridiculous!

It truly was the best protein powder I've ever tried after having gastric bypass in 2002 20 years ago and gained some Weight back... The only thing that disappointed me is she kept asking people to join and right up to the day before she decided to close her business. I'm very happy for her decision but I think she could have done it better than just dumping her customers like that. I mean my gut hurt I was so upset that I will have to find another powder but I will tell you it was the best and if she comes back I will be another loyal customer immediately. I do thank her and hope she enjoys her new chapter in life with her family!!

SCAM!!!!! What kind of upstanding company has a liquidation sale because they are supposedly closing.. yet they take your order, take your money, NOT send order confirmations, then when you email to find out about your orders that you’ve been waiting MONTHS for, you get silence from the company and support. BUT you can bet the daily emails advertising the liquidation sale will be coming still!!!!

I love the protein shake and ordered through a Blendjet vendor. Blendjet customer service had to reach out to them and I finally received my order. Now seeing all of the reviews about delays I am going to find another option. I am running low and do not want to wait for a month or more. I am also going to recommend to Blendjet that they not provide the option to order on their site.

I put in order in over a month ago and it still says processing. I keep receiving emails about them going out of business and to order what they have but when it comes time to receiving the order, I am still waiting. They shouldn’t be advertising they have items in stock when they can’t address the orders received. I have attempted multiple times to get a hold of someone to see if and when I will receive my order but I get the generic “we are busy” response. Edit: there was no email ever from LadyBoss about additional information needed. I very much have an account and after reporting them, they sent me an email 2 months later. As mentioned, they need to focus on fulfilling the back orders they currently have and stop emailing these sales they have. I still never received my order and was finally able to cancel after 3 months of waiting.

I am so thankful to see that I am not the only one having these issues. Not that it makes me feel any better but I am going to see what I can legally do to them. I have paid out a large amount of money for products on 4/13/2022 with me still waiting for my products. I am amazed that they continue to send me emails of their closing specials and how they still have products available. Well I believe if they would fill their orders they would find they’re out of products. If anyone should find a way to recover their money please share and I will do the same, this should be illegal its called stealing. Needed to update so in fairness to Lady Boss. I did finally get a response from them with updates on my orders. No I still don't have a ship date but until they prove to me that they're not going to ever send it I won't give them a bad rating and I should have never posted my disgust. I gave this situation to my God and I need to let Him be the one taking care of me. More disgusted with my response to the lack of response from Lady Boss. I know that I am only held accountable for what I do not what others do to me. Prayerfully everyone will get their products they ordered.

First time purchase back in April been 2 months and no sign of shipping my orders anytime I was blocked on social media and all comments deleted won’t respond to email. Worst experience as a consumer I have ever had with any company website etc.

I ordered product 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. I emailed multiple times and tried to contact the company via phone and was told the number no longer works. Interesting that I get an email response today when I filed a dispute with my bank saying “we’re working so hard to get your order out and it’s marked as shipped.” They refused to give me a tracking number. When I called them out that clearly they took my money with no intent of sending out product someone then told me to check social media to see “pictures of the displays at the warehouse.” Guess what? Their Facebook and Instagram pages no longer exist. When I said that clearly they’re lying since there is zero about this on social media I got a response that “I’m not a lier and Will no longer respond to your emails.” Ridiculous!

Ordered a ton of products in April and still have not received them. No confirmation email but they charged my card. And no one will answer me from customer service

I would give zero stars if I was able to. I ordered items from their liquidation sale on 4-13-22 and have not received them. I never got a confirmation email and on their website it stills says processing, with no order number….but they took my money. I’ve tried to call but the number does not work and says to email. I’ve received no response to multiple emails and now have to wait on dispute to get my money back. Stop sending emails about liquidation when you aren’t even sending out to those who already purchased! Feels like a scam!

I wish that I could give a review of NEG 10 because this company SUCKS! They are SCAMMING people out of our hard earned $!!! And they are Still soliciting orders via email & text!!! The NERVE of them! I placed an order Over a Month ago & have NOT recieved it. I contacted customer service & the number is Not in service, so I contacted them by email stating the situation. I get a generic reply saying that a "case has been opened, & a customer service person would contact me in 24 hrs or less", & it gave me a case #. Well, 8 DAY'S goes by and STILL No-one contacted me! I wrote them AGAIN explaining the whole situation, and they AGAIN gave me a generic form reply and a Different case # from the original one. A real Shocker that this company is going out of business, eh!!!

First time buyer. Ordered on 4/14 and never got a confirmation. I emailed and they said it would be shipped out early May. Still haven't gotten any tracking update either. I have requested that my bank reach out to them to get my money back or get the promised product. It's really disheartening to see daily emails coming from them asking for more sales when they have so many that haven't got their products. Please be better lady boss!

Lady Boss has alwayts been a great product. I am sorry to see them go. I participated in the webinar not long ago and everything appeared to be going well. It hs taken me longer go get the products I ordered as of the liquidation notification though I did receive both of the orders today. So, I have some stock. I hope they come back. They are a little more expensive than some of the other products out there but they are also the best I have ever used.

I order on the 4/14 I was then told orders would go out on the 28th and still nothing, I have sent over 20 emails and your phones aren’t working as well how are people supposed to get orders are you guys keeping peoples money because that’s what it feels like and looks like from what I am reading in all the reviews .. please people don’t order from them this is unacceptable and now I have to go to the bank and show them what I have on emails that I have sent you guys to get my money back because I still haven’t received anything from you guys .. I want my money back or the orders and I would like to have them before 2024 thanks for nothing, I went back and edited this I finally got my order I got it on 15 June so it took two months in one day I did get the whole order I’m very happy with the order I have re-ordered and got my second order within five days of ordering it yeah I just had a bad time so understandable next time just gotta do better

So I end up ordering a lot more ladybugs four boxes of the cookie chocolate chip cookie dough and then I got four bags of the lady boss which has already been 3 months going on for still have not received nothing try to get a hold of them and I have lots of receipts where they send me the facing the message but never answer me back I really thought lady boss is different it's not they don't care if you lose money or not and whoever wants to see I'll send you the receipts where they charge me for my products

I am really upset and feel scammed because I have been a customer for over a year and I tried to stock up on the liquidation sale and bought 400 dollars worth of product and have only received 2 bags! When I check tracking info with fedex, it says all my stuff was delivered on April 24. It’s may 12 and I didn’t receive anything so why is fedex showing it was delivered and also I got no email from ladyboss showing my receipt? I love their products but I’m very disappointed and upset that I may not even get my products or my money back as they are now closed. They’re closed but they’re still sending emails and texts pushing the liquidation sale!

There are several consumers who are not receiving their orders or receiving any updates…LadyBoss’s phone is no longer in service and apparently the email isn’t working also. This is very upsetting to everyone who has purchased products previously…not good business practice or communication to consumers
