I have enjoyed my lean! It helps me substitute a meal and I feel pretty healthy doing it!

I love the product no doubt. My disappointment is I purchased a special plan that you offered a while back, was not recent, but it left a negative attitude with me. I paid 200.00 or more for the plan. I cannot remember the price exactly, but it was in that range. I received it via email (meal plans, grocery list, exercise schedule, etc.). I could not start it right away. I did not notice there was an expiration date. When I could finally start the program. I could not get into the program, the links, etc. were not accessible. I thought that was unfair. I paid 200+ dollars, but I did not get anything out of it. Now the protein is great, as I am sure all the other products are just as good and. That's my disappointing experience.

The gentleman that called me to get me set up on my subscription was absolutely amazing. I had a TON of questions and he was ready and willing to answer them all. He had such awesome enthusiasm when describing the products for me. Just a joy to work with !! I cant wait to get my products !!

I made an absolute mess with my subscriptions and the team helped fix that for me. I talked to three different people (because i messed up 3 times) and all three times i knew what was happening, i was quickly refunded by my confusion with a promotion and was explained why my greens weren’t delivered yet! Great job ya’ll!

My Rep. Brittany was simply amazing. She should really consider becoming a life coach. She managed to give me the little push I've been lacking and I'm really looking forward to this.

The shakes are amazing. I keep them at my mini-fridge now instead of chips and junk food. Always motivating and positive. I WISH your greens subscription would drop other flavors like the shakes as I'm not liking the apple pie flavor.

You cannot cancel subscriptions easily, you have to call to cancel, cannot do it online or through email. However, I have called several times and you cannot get through to anyone. Then your card gets ran again, you get another package...and you still are trying to cancel...I would recommend not doing a subscription, you will NEVER be able to get it to stop. Most furstrating subscription service I have ever used.

My Rockstar Superman Jordan was very informative and has motivated me to be successful! I can't wait to get my LadyBoss and start to journey! I need to loose over 60lbs and I believe This Time will be IT! The IT that I have been waiting on! LET'S DO THIS!

First time customer and love the product. It really does taste good as advertised as well as held up my energy as it is a meal replacement. Will definitely continue to is this product as it gives me hope and motivation that I can start my healthy journey one step at a time.

Love that there are workouts for both the gym and at home! They are also tailored to how many times you can get to the gym a week as well! The eating out menu is helpful as well, shows different restaurants and what to order when there. There’s meals to cook at home. Literally all the tools you need in your pocket! Adequately named 😂😊

Matthew was kind and understanding of my unique situation and not only took the time to extend his condolences but went the extra mile by offering me a promo code to take advantage of if I knew of others who may be interested in the product and sent a detailed message to support services to ensure they were aware of my situation prior to transferring my call. Within 30 minutes I was able to effectively cancel my membership, get a refund for this month despite my calling on the day of the scheduled shipment and a refund for the previous month due to my family's recent tragedy. I had not even asked for that but I am very grateful. After weeks of having bad news and realtors with a complete lack of empathy and moral values rudely deliver one no after the next this was a much needed positive experience. They did not have to listen to my sad story, let alone, go above and beyond to ensure I was treated with the respect they did. I so appreciate it and as soon as my finances allow I will resume my membership with Lady boss....quality product from a company with a clear moral fiber that is seriously dissipating in this country. This product has helped so much with my digestion. My stomach would hurt all the time and I would get super bloated but ever since I started using it my stomach issues are 90% better. I have one drink a day. I have noticed my stomach getting slimmer too. I definitely recommend this product.

Fady has been nothing but supportive and educational throughout my short time with LadyBoss. I recently got hurt and have had to pause my plans until after surgery and healing, and was too ashamed to talk to Fady about it. However, when he called and we chatted for a bit, he was nothing but supportive and wished me luck on my surgery and a speedy recovery. Fady also matches my energy level while still trying to push me to be more [but nicely pushing ;)] When I'm ready to get back on track, I know I can count on him to be the support I need.

This time around it was different for me I found myself again. I kept calm and relaxed with breathing I drank my h20 sis yoga started lifting weights the meditation got easier when I did it with my girls. I prepared my meals and my thoughts on all the things I want not what was already there for so long I started eating more often lots of greens and good card. I also go the confidence to stand up for things I believe in such as this group and ask for a divorce although its wasn't what I wanted but I need to change for all positive and my marriage is so much better after that talk. I also lost 12 pounds 3 1/2 inches just doing all recomend got 100% on my daycare licensing test thing drifted for me because my mind went to a positive place so thank you so much for this.

As always, Tomas is great as a salesman at matching my requests. I use the vanilla lean every morning in my coffee and it works perfect! Keep up the awesome work!
