Ordered the rocking chair for my nursery. My partner put it together and there is an error with how it's been made, the holes do not align. I sent pictures along with my issue to their customer care team three times now and not had a response, being an expectant mother this is causing me a great deal of stress and I simply do not have another £95 to spend on a new one.
The tuff tray stand I purchased was poor quality; the paintwork all flaked off during assembly… not what you want in a product for toddlers!

The chair I bought doesn’t rock properly. The design is flawed it tilts forward. The centre of gravity is at the wrong place. Will be returning this item as it is not fit for purpose (to nurse). Rather disappointed. The build is also of low standard. The pre drilled holes weren’t complete. They do not align correctly. Overall quite poor
I was contacted by the Kub team a day after I wrote a negative review here and reassured that the correct mattress will be delivered next day(Friday 20/05). A week later….I have not received the mattress as of yet, I have sent three emails already for an update but I have not received a response. As this seems to be the only place where I can get there attention and If I can’t receive the mattress which I ordered, I would like to ask for a partial refund. I pay £83.30 for the mattress and received a mattress which cost £55.30.
Pretty easy to build and is really sturdy and comfortable. Little smaller than I expected it to be bit but isn’t an issue. Can’t wait to use it, roll on august.

Only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because delivery was slower than hoped but otherwise great service! Product was delivered safely and I was kept informed of progress.
The rocker came quickly and once assembled is comfy and compact. However if you are larger than a size 18 your bottom wouldn't fit on the seat comfortably. Also one screw in particular was very tricky to get into place. All in all considering the price it's good value for money despite these two issues.
Fantastic! Well worth 5 stars. Great price, fast delivery, very very easy to assemble, lovely quality and looks amazing as the finished article. So impressed that I went back and ordered the rest of the set.

Really pleased with the finish and how the height is adjustable so will be used for a long time. My sister was very impressed and will be ordering for her grandson. Highly recommended, just need to order more toys more fun at this table.
I ordered the original kub tuff spot - which was much smaller than I expected. It’s a mini tuff spot really and that’s what it says on the stand (“mini stand”). I ordered the Kub as I thought it was made of rubber not plastic - perhaps my fault for not checking- but it’s pretty flimsy and not flat - it dips in the middle. I wanted to change this item for the bigger version but it would cost too much to do so. So I have an item that isn’t really what I wanted. If I had ordered from Amazon I would have been able to return and get the one I wanted. That’s what I will be doing next time.

Absolutely love this chair. Good quality and looks more expensive than it is. It was easy to put together. Great high back and good arm height rest.... comfy and perfect for feeding. Not too bulky either so great for the little space we had. Very happy with this purchase.
