The quality of the product is great, I ordered a nursing chair at the beginning of April and it came within a week. However, it came with a piece missing so I cannot build it. They said on 14th April it’ll come between 4-7 working days and it hasn’t came yet, it’s now the 1st May. I’ve emailed a few times now and no one has responded. Not what I expected from paying so much for a product. Update - 16th May Missing part came on Friday 13th May Thank you
This is a lovely chair, perfect for feeding. My daughter is delighted with it. Delivered on time with no issues.
Nice, sturdy rocking chair. Unfortunately, the zipper on the backrest was broken, but this was sorted by customer service, who ordered a new one.

Ordered rocking chair for my nursery and it was delivered in 2 days. Had updates for when it was doing dispatched, put for delivery and tome slot to be delivered. It was easy to put together. Comfortable and High backed would recommend.

A beautiful chair at a very reasonable price. Everyone in the household is using it and I haven’t even had the baby yet! Good quality and great finish, matches my babies room perfectly. Looks super expensive and sophisticated! Love the gliding mechanism. I would say if it could tilt and the height could be adjusted a little I would give it 10 out of 5*.
