Simple and speedy service.

Honestly: I thought this would be a bit of a gimmick and that it'd be overpriced. The truth is, we absolutely LOVE our tuff tray table and I really wish I'd bought it much, much sooner. This will be something we'll buy for other parents in future, too. It's also been excellent for introducing our youngest to new foods, and making the process much more fun and less messy. So good, honestly. Adore the colour as well (we got the ice blue.)

I just had an amazing customer service experience!! We bought our beautiful KUB Haywood nursing chair when my 5 year old son was born and when we had it we disassembled the glider of the stool as my son loved to climb on it and we thought it would be safer for him this way. I am now giving the chair to a friend and wanted to reassemble it for them but couldn’t find the original bolts in our loft. We tried buying new bolts but couldn’t find the right ones. I emailed KUB direct and enquired about whether I could purchase replacement bolts and this is the amazing response I received only a day later Hello I can send you a full fittings pack with the M6 fittings included. Great products and service

Ordered the eco luxury pocket spring mattress. Came quicker than expected and although it arrived with a small hole I contacted customer services (out of hours) , had a reply the next day advising they would collect and replace the next day! Excellent service!

The ordering was easy and clear, the chair was great value, it was easy to put together altogether fantastic service from Kubdirect! 5 star all the way. On a minus note, you may like to chat to your delivery Company, in this case Parcel force as the driver was very grumpy and wouldn’t assist my daughter who is 7 months pregnant in any way, it was dropped at the gate and she had to get it up the path and inside her front door by herself. Not impressed with Parcelforce, not a company I would recommend or use.

Chair is very small. Im a small person and it is very difficult to sit on it comfortably with a baby. Almost impossible to feed a baby whilst sat on it.

The company itself seems great. The packaging was pleasingly environmentally friendly (not a hint of plastic used at all) and everything arrived in perfect condition. 85% of assembly was easy, but the final stage was incredibly tricky to make the holes line up and really needed two people and lot of patience to make this work.

Quick and efficient. Forgot to use my nhs discount code so emailed admin. Emma responded quickly and refunded the difference on my PayPal payment. Chair came quickly and was easy to assemble.

4 emails later still no sign of chair. Definitely avoid this company
