Nice product and easy to assemble.. However the reclining is not that great. Not too happy with that

Purchased a nursery glider rocking chair. Unfortunately it arrived damaged as the packaging had been damaged in transit. Contacted customer service and Emma replied promptly to arrange collection of the damaged item and a replacement at my convenience. New chair arrived promptly and is lovely.

Ordering from the website was easy with plenty of information for each of the products. Order tracking was a little confusing with the website and the courier tracking telling me different things
Arrived promptly, well packaged. Required more self assembly than I expected. Very comfortable so far. An occasional, annoying squeak from somewhere in the non self assembly bit. Everyone using it is well under the recommended top weight. The twin babies love it.

Sent a broken chair. What its taken for me to get that thing up 2 flights of stairs on my own, pregnant, to open it and for the chair to be broken. I dont understand how they could send this to me in this state. -------- edit to add -------- They sent a replacement and didn't take the broken one out of my home. The lady from customer service was lovely but this was still far too much stress and major upset for someone hormonal and pregnant. Just thinking back to all it took getting the whole thing upstairs to then find it broken and breaking down in tears, I can't change my review.

The item I bought was offered by Kubdirect at the cheapest price I could find online. It was dispatched speedily, delivered by a reliable service, Royal Mail Parcel Force, in record time and it was thoughtfully packed, with hard angle reinforcements to protect it from hard impacts. The item was of very good quality. Self-assembly instructions were mainly good and clear.

Delivery said 7-10 working days, ot arrived in 3! Very well packed and the overall quality of the chair is lovely! I must admit I didn't have very high hopes as if I'm being honest, your logo and website looked a bit dodgy.
