I haven't had any real problems with Kole except for once, in the past, when they ran out of stock for 6 weeks with my product. My current account manager is very helpful and I'm satisfied with his services.

Need to improve service to Amazon FBA sellers. Delays in shipments, negligence in packing details may cause us, Amazon sellers, to loose our performance metrics.

Josh is Very nice to deal with, but unfortunately, Kole Imports is backed up now and hasn't shipped my order. In addition, one of my best sellers has been 'out of stock' for quite a while.

Kole's sells a nice verity of products to small businesses at a fair price. They are very professional, prompt and courteous.

have yet to sell any of the products I ordered over the last few months, not a single one. Items are sub par and half of my shipment is always broken beyond repair by the time I receive it. So I'd say that Kole Imports through my experience thus far is a bit of a crap shoot. Maybe I just haven't found the right products yet, be careful of the shipping, that gets me every time, just when you think it will be one price it changes when you go to finalize the purchase, that's why I have been reluctant to purchase again from Kole, I really don't want to pay that much in shipping for items that I know are going to be broken by the time I receive them.

From my last order, few items were missing. I contacted with the sales rep and finally, he said he will give me credit $ 24 on my subsequent purchase. When I placed another order, he said he will give me half credit with that purchase and will give me the rest of the credit with my another future purchase. This did not seem very trustworthy business entity to me. I want my full credit back before I place any further order. Thanks

If something is out of stock or you need an availability date, ask for a sales rep to help you meet your goals and deadlines.
