Very Few hiccups, but hey what company doesn't have a few? Been using them for 3 years now and will continue to do so. Oh and I gotta recommend Ty Yolac,, he's the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, a very reliable and friendly guy. Kole Imports is highly recommended.

I honestly had some issues with Kole Imports. I was not treated well by junior level customer service. BUT, then upper management got involved. They were fantastic! They took control, listened and then took action to make things better. I appreciate what they did and wish them the best.

With almost every order some items are missing. The order/shipment information available on the website is the original order and does not reflect what was actually shipped. There is no follow-up invoice/communication as received by most of my wholesale accounts. I have also experienced over charge for shipping fees. To add to the problems Kole Import charges on my credit card account reflects the original order, not what was actually shipped. And, there is no indication that the missing items will be backordered.
Some times i see non Quality items .

1.Can't find info on previously purchased items when need info about them 2. Too long of time from order til items shipped 3.Need better quality items...too many "cheap" quality items
