My problem was that I was being charged tax but I am a wholesale customer. Somehow my resale certificate had been seperated from my account. Nancy Luna, the operator who took my call offered to take care of the problem for me. I sent her a copy of my certificate and she adjusted the cost of my order snd issued me a refund! I call that great customer service!

Great prices and excellent customer service! There was a problem with receiving my products ( totally Fed Ex’s fault) and they refunded my shipping just for my troubles. Didn’t expect that. Once I did receive my order, it was exactly as advertised. Highly recommended.

Absolutely sorry excuse for management and service.. if you decide to do business with this people, gear up and read a lot about them. Don’t take their word for anything. They will explain their policy to you one way and then change it the next day.

I've contacted them 4 times about 6 items that arrived damaged and not sellable. They said they would replace and have not. They no longer return phone calls or emails.

First time ordering from Kole, great customer service from Micheal Franco, from initiating the order to making sure it was delivered. City of Roma in Roma Texas will definitely order again. Great products as well. Looking forward to ordering in the future.
