So I just wanted to say in my endeavor to find the perfect foaming soap dispenser for my business I was having trouble ordering online through my phone ( which rules my life) so I called and fell out of my chair when a human answered ! I'm giving two stars due to the fact shipping cost is so high and it takes so long to get the products ordered. I truly hope that something can be done about the cost of shipping and time it takes to get the product ordered.

The return process took months to get my credit- I was disappointed that this took months. BUT- my salesperson is always personable and works hard to make sure my orders are ready and complete. I appreciate that. The prices are great and being local is SUPER- no shipping charges. KOLE makes the small businesses feel special.

Shipping was fast and product met expectations.

I was bit hesitant to place an order for candles which I was planning to use for favors for my wedding since I was a bit late in ordering (about 2-3weeks was all the time I had). I emailed the company inquiring about shipping and was pleasantly surprised with how quick and efficient Mark was in responding to my concerns. Mark was an absolute pleasure-friendly and professional- and assured me I would receive the product in plenty of time. Mark kept me up to date with each move and even sent me a separate email to let me know my candles were on the way and even included the tracking information. Mark sent follow up emails to ensure I was satisfied with the product and I can honestly say I was and still am beyond satisfied with the product and customer service I received. I will certainly be ordering from Kole Imports again and will not hesitate to refer them to others. I look forward to my next experience with Mark and the Kole's team!!

Kole Imports' products are quality products and are priced right, especially for a small business owner

Prices are not stable. Shipping is entirely too expensive (other sites as such offer free shipping on orders of $25, $50, etc).
