The knives marked as delivered never arrived. Told the company. The customer service insists we should give them a chance to find the package. I gave them weeks to do so. They make it so slow and difficult to investigate with stay at home for a day or two , so as I can return lost item to UPS the intention being you will stop chasing your paid for for lost parcel. No product, 125 Euro wasted. Utter scutter
