Product was well priced and as good as I hoped it would be. Issues with 3pl for delivery as it was 3 days late and on o e of those days it was showing as out for delivery that day but never came

Horl sharpening system ordered over a week ago and to date no delivery and UPS have no delivery day/time for me. Contacted K&T several times by email and no reply at all apart from generic email assigning case number. I am sure the order will arrive sometime but with such poor delivery from UPS and non existent customer service from K&T I wont be using them again!
The order arrived promptly and was securely packaged. The knife is exactly what I need for my gardening work.

Item (Eden magnetic wall strip for knives) was delivered promptly and well packaged but larger knives just slip off it, i.e. not enough magnetic force. Will be returning.
To be fair, our order was processed very quickly and despatched in a very timely manner too The range and selection of items is great The items received were exactly what we ordered and we are very pleased with them The one significant issue was in relation to delivery. To be honest, if UPS are going to be the delivery service, I won't be buying online again - they were appalling A real pity as KnivesandTools.ie were a very good company to deal with - fast and efficient
Everything was great, apart from delivery company which gave delivery time as 'by end of day'. This meant I had to stay home until delivery was made. Other delivery companies, e.g. DPD, give an hour window within which the delivery will be made .
Top class in all ways. Customer support is very responsive. Items always shipped and delivered on time and quickly. Products are exactly as advertised. Great company who I have shopped with several times and will always come back to.
