Recently made my first purchase from Knives & Tools, very happy with the range of products on offer, and the prompt delivery. Site offers many more products which I will be buying.
The item took a little longer than I would’ve expected, also the lansky sharpening system works well but could really do with the stand in the box for the price.

The product (knives for our home) marked as delivered did not arrive. Logged a ticket with the company and the delivery company. The customer service agent insists we should give them a chance to find the package. I am experiencing both inconvenience and disappointment at not having knives for my home 3 weeks after ordering, and non-urgency from this CS to solve the problem. Not a good experience. No product, 180Euro spent.

We recently bought the Tramontina Churrasco 6-piece steak knife set Jumbo - this is an excellent product and at a good price.... lovely sharp steak knives that are lovely to use with a very comfortable handle.
