Excellent service from Kitchen Knives. I bought some Global knives for my daughter at Christmas. They came promptly in a busy period, were very well packed and included a free gift of some kitchen scissors. The price was very good value too and my daughter loves her very sharp kitchen knives.

I know these knives and have used them before. I used to buy another German brand but found out too late that they were having some made in Chin-end of !! Very pleased now.

Good product, exactly as shown, very well packaged. Customer service was excellent. I received an email straight after placing my order, warning me of an expected delay, although still within the advertised delivery time. When I emailed a subsequent query, I received a helpful response within hours. The purchase was delivered in the time advised.

Ordered two knives for a present a week before Christmas, and even with the post/courier’s being very busy I received my order in time for Christmas. Very happy with the knives and will be ordering some for myself in the future.

Th knife I ordered was a gift to a friend starting a new job in a top restaurant, Not only was the knife delivered nearly 4 days late it was damaged. Customer service is non existent and strongly suggest using another company

I had been looking to purchase some Robert Welch cutlery for some time and thought I might find a good deal around Black Friday. I found the exact set I had wanted at a fantastic price on Kitchen Knives (it was such a good deal I was a little skeptical so checked Trust Pilot before purchasing and in the end ordered 2 sets as the reviews were great!).
