Very good back up service after a miss timed delivery !

So my problem started around 2 years ago when they mis advertised a knife so when I received it it was the wrong size knife but because I had taken it out of the box they said I couldn't have a refund. They basically blamed me for not inspecting packaging, I'm not going to inspect the packaging I'll inspect the knife. So after a lot of un helpful back and forth they decided to say they would give me 25% off my next purchase I was still unhappy with this as I'm now stuck with a £200+ knife I'm not going to use. Fast forward to today and I've tried to get them to honour there past agreement with me but they are only giving me 10%. So I have refused and gone elsewhere. Absolute disgrace of a company and customer service. They will try and pin the blame on the customer to not rectify their mistakes and make you pay for it. A really shady company.
