Always use them, Great communication, better than going to the actual manufacturer of the knives who are usually outside the UK, as with the shipping it can start to become painful.

The cutlery arrived minus the bamboo cutlery tray. I contacted them who sent one pretty promptly but it was different to the one advertised and too small for the cutlery set I’d bought, with not enough sections. I’ve contacted via email twice to the same email address that responded to the missing tray but have heard nothing. This was a wedding present and I was hoping the company would forward the correct sized cutlery tray after the event!

One item was not delivered, still waiting for the knife sharpener.

Returns are absolutely disgraceful , I had to pay for delivery then realized the knife was the wrong size so wanted to send it back , I was told that I would have to pay £10.00 to send it back , I wanted a replacement knife but was again told I would have to pay yet again for delivery bringing the total delivery charge to £30.00 ,I wish I had just got one from a shop .

I made the mistake of buying 5 knives at Christmas from this company. All various levels as some for gifts. I cancelled one knife as realised it had plastic handles too late. My fault and the team was good helping me. The Kai with the black handle is perfect as we have 5 others personally and have bought the larger knife for our friends turning 40. Perfect. I bought the Stonehenge knife block for my husband to store his Kais...all black handle. Perfect. Now his most recent knife has a lovely redwood handle and I wanted to build this collection for him, however started noticing stains. Again my mistake for purchasing the lower level product because of a nice handle and price....as when contacting CS they told me to buy polish, not wash the knife with othe items etc. .... This knife along with the others are treated better than me so I don't accept that I should buy cream to buff a stainless steel knife when I have never done this for our other 6 knives. I would have liked to have a straight answer that I bought a cheap entry level knife that requires more cream than I do....for the rest of it's life. And if given the option to return would've upgraded to the Kai black handle. The service team were polite in providing your standard response.

Ordered a knife for my son’s birthday. Everything arrived as described. Knife is very nice to use and was a great price. Wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing again.

These are great people to do business with. I decided I needed new steak knives, so ordered two of the Wustof ones. For me these are better than the usual serrated steak knives, because I can sharpen them. They are delightful. Also a new good roasting dish with handles, beautifully made, I like good tools. Plus an apple corer, and they gave me a gift of kitchen scissors. Delivery was fast, so I am a happy customer.

Initially thought it was too good to be true but I was able to purchase high quality knives at a fraction of the cost compared to the branded website. Would recommend.
