I never needed replacement mouthpieces, which was my mistake. This was because there was a broken piece of the old mouthpiece, stuck in the air ring. I would recommend to future customers that they should prod the hole in the top of the mouthpiece with a (small) right size screwdriver just before deciding to post out replacement parts. In order to prevent accidental postage. I thought the customer service was very friendlyand helpful, and they did mean to send out unneeded parts because they were doing the best they can to insure customer satisfaction.

Ok so just spent £60 on a Joyetech riftcore duo and I’ve gotta say it’s the worst vaping product I’ve ever bought it’s been a complete waste of money I so wish I would of bought a new mod instead. It was a great idea and I hope it gets there one day but for now there’s no taste from this tank I might as well of just thrown my money down the grid 👎

Not bad, but i gave it away after a day due to its not giving much of a kick, it is bit of a loose draw, would be better with lower ohms coil or a tighter draw, maybe in future there will be accessories that you can change
