Joyetech are great for their products, regrettably a little on the expensive side for replacement coils for their basic Ego vapes. Mine was bought for me, and while I am vaping to quit, putting the cash aside to save money for a family holiday is also a great incentive, so I will be using alternatives in the future.
Had a little difficulty with the ordering process, perhaps more down to myself being not to 'e' savvy. Fell back to the problem answering service. From then on though a little protracted, the service was good. I was able to place an order which was filled promptly and was received in good time. I think the Exceed Edge a great little weapon in my fight against smoking. I think this time after many attempts, I might get there.

I have been using this company for about 2years. service is friendly, professional the products along with the price are great. I must say the costumer service was exceptional! I received my order with a defect. This was quickly resolved by sending a new item with a prepaid envelope to return the defective one.
