Great company! I purchased Blue ecig and changed my mind. Contacted them and they done everything they could to find my package with was already processed to change the colour for me. Even threw in a free ball point pen! was a nice touch their support was nice and friendly and easily to deal with too. Will be using and do recommend!

DO NOT BUY THE RIFTCORE DUO!!! The Aluminium Nitride heating element is TOTALLY UNSAFE to vape with. Also nothing is ''self-cleaning''. Aluminium Nitride causes severe nerve damage and when its made workers have to wear a full body protection suit and very high grade breathing mask because of the dust from making this material and they expect you to vape with this?!! Disgusting Practice
All great, a bit late to ship the item because of the webpage glitch.
No probs. Placed two orders and both arrived within a couple of days. One very small comment is that after the order confirmation was received there was no further communication, like order despatched etc. So for a few days l was wondering where my order was and had it been despatched. It did say in my order confirmation that they would email when the goods had been despatched, but no email. Guess Amazon spoils us with their comms!
