Not the customer service but the tank it's self is not very got for a start the flavour sucks the air flow is too tight the two plates don't burn evenly all for 70 pounds that's what I call daylight robbery and will never be buying joytech products again

The device is not easy to operate using the instructions alone. Nearly lost the skin on my thumb trying endlessly to open whilst afraid of breaking. It sparked and spat scarring the hell out of me, eventually managed to close the vent which stopped the spitting. I fear the coil change when due. I wonder that many may have reached for a ciggy after their first battle with this gadget.

The battery to use is excellent as was the service. My major problem is the light system for battery status is very poor. It will show green for a long time and then you get a couple Of minutes of red and it dies. The intermediate light just don't happen. Luckily I always carry 2 batteries
