The website is not the easiest to navigate to start with but once you’ve got the hang of it it’s fine. Good communication once order is placed and fast delivery. Have recently purchased further teros pod cartridges. Unfortunately they all burnt out within an hour and looking at previous reviews it seems I’m not the only one who has experienced the same. I did complain and after several emails back and forth which indicated I was using the incorrect liquids a replacement was finally sent. I’m doubtful whether I will order again in the future.
The coils for eGo AIO last less than a day before giving a burnt sensation (which is likely poisonous). I highly suspect this is a purposefull engineering flaw to make customers buy more coils. This is unaceptable, I will never buy anyting from this company in the future and also discoorage others from doing so.
