Very happy with the service provided by JB heating services , they were called out for our boiler which had broken down , they provided a full list of all the options available from repair to replacement of the boiler complete with quotes . We decided on a replacement boiler which was supplied and fitted at a competitive price . Engineer was punctual and tidy , the old system was taken away for disposal by them which was a bonus . Would recommend them again .

Needed work doing quickly on a leaking and tap was booked in the same day at a time that suited myself. Tradesman was polite and explained the issues with the plumbing which turned out to be more than just a a tap issue and he outlined further work that would be needed in the future. Fantastic job. Arrived on time, quick and efficient. Fitted a new radiator and piping. Really happy with the results. When finished left the room clean and tidy.
On the whole an excellent product that appears to be working very well but the initial site visit to look at the job was undertaken by a very young inexperienced boy who perhaps had not passed back to head office the vital detail of the original installation and the detail of the building age and layout. A few pictures on his phone could have shown the external layout + the recently installed new Calor Gas tank. This would have made the job of the subsequent installation team much easier. Fortunately they were very good and overcame every problem with great competence. The delivery of the wrong boiler type by your supplier did not help the on-site team who do deserve 5 stars. Hopefully an object lesson learnt during a trying pandemic period.
