Requested a boiler service and was able to book in on my chosen date with no issue and no wait. Daniel attended and was extremely professional and friendly, taking time to explain what he had done and show me potential issues we might see in the future due to having an older boiler. Fantastic job my JB. Jon the Owner spent several hours discussing options over a period of several days for the best replacement boiler system. Mike the Gas Engineer and the apprentices did a brilliant job onsite. Great lads, clear communication throughout, worked hard and kept things tidy and kept me involved with updates throughtout the day over the period of the new install. Will use JB again in the future.
Friendly lad and a clean job
They came out to find and fix a gas leak in our house on the day we called. They quickly found the issue, went to source parts, fixed it and tidied up after themself before leaving. Used them before for boiler and water tank services and to fix heating wiring and plumbing. Great service as always, thank you!
