(213925)  OFTEC No. (14053) and member of the CIPHE. Public liabilities insured for £2M and have a £20000 workmanship warrantee insurance policy for all our work. Five year warrantees apply on all our Installation work (Labour and Materials), and where manufacturers warrantees apply including up to 12 years for new Worcester Bosch boiler Installations. Great service, JB heating installed our boiler originally and we use them every year to service it. Always friendly courteous and clean up after themselves. Highly recommended.

I contacted them as my Honeywell heating system was flashing no signal because the thermostat wasn't connected. I explained on the phone I needed someone to come and connect the thermostat to the main system. Someone came out a couple of days later. He was a lovely guy and the heating came back on while he was there. He said he had connected a couple of loose wires but hadn't done anything with the thermostat. An hour after he left, the heating had gone off again. Upon receiving a £96 invoice, I emailed to let them know my problem hadn't actually been fixed. I was told in an email they could come out again but if the problem was a problem with the heating system and not their work, I'd have to pay again. I queried this as there was a fault with the heating system; that was why I had contacted them in the first place. A guy then called me and I explained to him that the thermostat still needed connecting. He understood and found a solution for me, which was different to what the call out guy had done. He told me I'd still have to pay the £96 as that was a diagnostic call-out and they had worked out the problem while there and now knew how to fix it. This was not a diagnostic call out...they had worked out the problem on the phone with me after the fact. I paid £86 as they deducted £10 if you left a review. So now I am £86 short and still have no heating. Although lovely people on the phone, I won't be using them again.

Trustworthy prompt reliable professional plumbers. Do a great job. Clean up brilliantly after themselves. I’ve had them back to do multiple jobs from big renovations to small leaks on older pipes. Reccomend stongly.

Very professional outfit particularly with oil heating. The appointment was booked with a time allocated, they emailed beforehand and arrived on time to complete the job to a high standard.
