Great follow through!

So far it’s working well. I’m still getting used to all of the options, but thus far it’s as advertised.

I’m new to ipostal. All of the agents have been very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful when I reach out to them.

I haven't had any activity yet to be fair in rating.

Ipostal is a great service to have just the place I pick my mail up from is a tad rude and take a long time finding my mail

They helped me to establish a business address phone number and voicemail.

I love the way iPostal1 has the app set up where I not only receive notifications, but I can also view an image of the mail that I have received. It's such a neat, seamless process. As a busy business owner, iPostal1 really takes the hassle out of having to keep up with your mail.

Everything is great great as expected

It was less expensive to go with this company than UPS but I paid for it in the long run. I haven't been able to collect any mail bc they require you to use their online Notary which is double the amount of my local one. Then I asked for a refund and they said no so I didn't get to receive mail and they just kept my money. It is better to pay a little more then to go with this company.

I have had this mailbox since early 2023. All paperwork was signed, payments made, and mailbox was active. I WAS NEVER ABLE TO TO GET MAIL DELIVERED TO THIS MAILBOX. I tested the mail service by mailing myself things as certified mail and they were returned to me. I emailed with customer service many many times and they claimed to not know why mail was not being delivered. I went to the local post office and spoke to the post master, who told me that iPostal 1 and Staples were in a disagreement about whether they were even going to offer mail services and the paperwork to be able to legally deliver mail there was not properly filled out. Though I had paid for a mailbox for two years, I was never able to get this resolved or get my money back. I also have copyright registrations that were mailed there and returned. This Mailbox has cost me hundreds of dollars, and close to $1k over two years of lost paperwork because they couldn't get their act together. I will NEVER use them again.

please. I highly advise you not to go with iPostal!. I have given them four warnings. If they keep trying to charge my card when ive cancelled there fraud of a business account. that I will start making some noise. I got another email saying we tried to charge your account and we were unsuccessful with it. I warned them time and time again. they will not stop. what can I do

Stop paying for PO Boxes these guys are the real deal! I’m always traveling for work and need a place to receive important docs safe and sound / couple $10 bills a month and they store it scan it send it to me weekly! Amazing service amazing company breathe of fresh air to have them for the traveling nomad entrepreneur lifestyle!

On October 30, 2024, I placed an order to have a large envelope shipped from Wilmington DE to Malaysia via the United States Postal Service Priority International Mail. It is now November 7 2024 and the large envelope STILL has not made it to the United States Postal Service (according to USPS tracking number CY144017912US). I have contacted iPostal1.com several times - they refuse to investigate. Their customer service department gave me my own email address and phone number and told me to contact a third-party to track my envelope. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will next be contacting the New York State Attorney General.

I haven’t actually use the ipostal1 yet. But, happy to know that I have an option to have a physical address other than my home address.
