While iPostal1 may be capable of handling the personal mail of the clientele they serve I believe they fall short in living up to their claims that they can and do handle packages/parcels with the same efficiency. You will still need an experienced shipping logistics company to handle your packages/parcels to their final foreign country destination. Be aware.

I should be able to select a time at go to pick up my mail in person. However, the times listed do not match when I can actually pick it up because at my mail center. I can't pick it up unless the owner is there. I've reached out to customer service twice. The first time nothing got resolved and nobody called me back because they had my contact information incorrect. The second time I called. I had to wait almost 30 minutes and then I had to explain myself two or three times before the person finally understood what I was talking about. If this does not get resolved, I'm going to cancel my service.

I know for a fact that I have four pieces of mail waiting in my mailbox but have only been advised of two. For coming down for a pick up, I must know that everything is ready for me. This should be improved.

READ THE FULL REVIEW UPDATED sorry but this is garbage, you cannot pick up your packages when you need them, today i was in need to pick up 6 packages, they sais they have 5, last week 2 where missing, they they re appeared like magic, if you dont know what you receiving they will not give them to you, its a mess dont waste your money here! i been with them for 2 months unfortunately i paid 1 year, they also charge 2 dollars for each package picked up, besides you pay, you have to be on their own schedule, absolutely not coming back next year UPDATE december 03 2024 after this bad review, my account was terminated on november 25th after they make me pay for $25 for the notarized form they require , they said because i have "disruptive behavior" just because i said i will sue the company because they nor delivering my packages to me, and absolutely i will do, after terminating the account there was one last package and is missing, was delivered to them on november 29th 2024 and today is december 3rd and still not delivered, and termination date is december 2nd, this is the "BS" im talking about, the people at the location said this happens sometimes, but it happened to me every delivery, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL WASTE MONEY, save you headaches and court dates!

From initial impressions, it seems it would work well; however, it's not really clear on whether selecting each piece to be picked up incurs a charge per piece or for the whole scheduled pickup. Also, I scheduled a pickup but the person at my local point did not know that I had scheduled the pickup.

I ordered 2 cans of chili from Wal-Mart and it was supposed to be shipped by this incompetent company. I received a notification that it had been delivered at my door on Nov. 12. There was nothing there from them so I waited a day before I called Wal-Mart CS. They confirmed the package had been delivered to a different address and contacted the store to resend my order. When I still hadn't gotten my chili on Nov. 22, I contacted the company direct and asked them to provide proof (a picture of the package at my door). Sure enough, they sent a pic of the top of a package, which wasn't even enough to tell the size or shape of it, on a porch which wasn't my house! No matter what I told them, they insisted I had gotten the chili and got pretty snotty about it. I called Wal-Mart again, who again, verified that it had been sent to the wrong address, but they gave me a refund. Wal-Mart refunded me...not iPostal1. iPostal1 is a dishonest company with horrible customer service. I will never order anything that will be shipped by them again. Ever!

Followup to your gaslit response: Its actually very common for me not to get my mail at this location. It is an absolute shitshow. There is nothing secure or professional about it. I had to stop getting my email delivered here because I have 0 faith in your service. The mailbox is 2 blocks away from the location, they have fetch it whenever they remember or find someone to do it. There are times where my mail is sitting in a pile in the corner, that might have been there for days or weeks, who knows. Most of the time, you have trouble finding my mail. I waste so much time, every time. When I would come in, it would be because I know I am missing mail that I have received an alert for. That is not professional. That is not secure. I have complained 4x before and nothing is ever better. The fact that you reach your hand out for more money, when you cant even service your customer, speaks for itself. if I could redo, I wouldn't pay a penny for your service. I don't blame the employees at this store, because they are very nice and seem genuine. Managment/ownership should have never offered this service from the start, knowing they are not capable of serving customers. I blame your company. Its your name. -- Trash service. I have used it for 5+ years and its been nothing but problems. Location changes. Lost mail. Zero notifications. They send me an email today telling me that my rate will INCREASE 51% next month if i want to keep business name. lol what? I purchased a business mailing address and now they are going to charge me to keep my business name. Add to the long list to why iPostal1 is horrible.

I went to my mailbox and was greeted by the nicest person. She gave me a tour and told me what was included with my service, which was much more than I thought I had. I will recommend iPostal to my friends.

Ipostal raised rate after the the 1st year (as of 7/7/2024 unlike other companies. My rate went up drastically.
