The signup process was easy, retrieving packages was simple, and customer service was available. I was having packages stolen, and now I have peace of mind.
I received my package without delay when it was expected.
I bought some Italian skincare while in Florence and loved it but they wouldn’t ship to the US. I opened a mailbox in Italy, shipped my products there and they forwarded them to me. And it only took about a little over a week from ordering until I received the products. Customer service is super friendly and helpful as you need some paperwork completed (and notarized) as part of the initial process. Very reliable and efficient!

The on-site owner NOT a friendly/ professional person at the AltamonteSprings location. ohh well... I'll move when it's time to renew my business license. If the offer didn't pop up in my email to write a review, I probably would've because I can take my buisness elsewhere.

The questions were answered clearly and easily understood.
It took 2 months to get customer service to respond to issues setting the service up - meanwhile our mail was being returned to sender. Phone number does not connect to a real person, it only offers audio clips of information found on the website. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone if you have a problem. Absolute disgrace..
