Absolutely horrible experience. After paying one month and using their notary services AND being told I have an address, they wait days later to tell me my documents didn’t match. I verified using their chat line that my account was set up. I go to the location to verify the account they said no account there. Finally spoke with some and they indicated that date was incorrect on my ID BUT I used their notary for verification. I’m not happy at all with this company.

Ridiculous pricing, terrible forwarding techniques, missing mail. 1. Cost to forward mail from my center averages about $14 (up to $80) to go 20 miles for a 1oz envelope if you want tracking. 2. They shrinkwrap all your mail so anything like a perforated envelope that has a check or W2 in it gets absolutely destroyed. Even after asking them not to 3. Mail takes FOREVER to get forwarded to you assuming it doesn't go missing forever. 4. Most of the workers at these mail-centers they partner with have the IQ of a small woodland creature and the quality of the service reflects it Do yourself a favor and just get a PO Box. These guys are clowns. They provide NOTHING beyond a web-interface to someone elses holding and forwarding service.
I was able to set up 2 LLCs to receive mail and have a proper business address. The US Gov Postal forms are a little confusing but the support was wonderful and they helped me through it until complete. Will use again for sure.
