I received an email letting me know that I had mail. I logged in, saw the front part of the envelope, and scheduled a pickup time. Nice and easy

I didn't like it, that I had to drive 45 mins in traffic, to pick up my mail only to find out that the mail in my box was someone else mail, I am having second thought about this place how do I know that my mail is not going into someone else box.

If you have lots of extra time to stand in line at Staples print center to wait and pick up your mail, this might work for you. I waited 15 minutes at times. This plus many other headaches and many calls to customer service. This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. It's back to good ole USPS for me.

gave the information required,was charged 35 dollars immediatley taken out of my account,then immediatley after, befor i can even finish registering,they need another 25 dollars to do anything at all!! Which they said nothing about!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! They will take your money!! Seems to me like a negative 0 and then some!! what a joke!!

hard to get any support from them, not too sure still if it is worth using this service for our business going forward... Update: You always have high volume of enquiries. Not too sure why it is our problem as paying customer. Even after we managed to reach out your support team they forwarded us to another team who will handle this . We received letters to our address on 25/10 and we still can’t get scanned content

The service location in Duluth, is far from excellent. Subpar. Incompetence. Lack of professionalism. Your mail doesn’t arrive until 3 weeks after shipment. They scan the front of your check and not the back. It claims that your mail will be uploaded within 48 hours. I’ve waited 15 days for my mail to be scanned. I just closed my account with not even making plans for my mail to redirected, because the couldn’t get away from the incompetence fast enough.

I am not happy with Ipostal1 because I am just getting changed for non pickups after I had picked up my mail. I also got charged for scanning and never requested it. I called twice to have it turned off and did not happen. I had a charge card delivered to address and when I went to pick it up, the mail was open and sitting on the front counter. I can not afford to have my information exposed like that. There was a problem last month, so they gave me a month free, and I am getting the same results this month. I am cancelling after this month is over not working for me.

I only had an ipostal account for 1 week. The account was closed, because I was told the location isn’t servicing mail anymore. I was charged for one month, plus they took out more money for future service. And I had to pay a notary in order to get the account activated. I have not received any refunds, plus I’m having to pay extra money to have everything reshipped, because it was returned to sender. This has been a huge headache and it has cost so much money. It’s over 10 days since the account was closed, and I never received any refund. I would recommend you to just get the post office box directly thru UPS, or the post office. Apparently ipostal is a third party that doesn’t refund your money back. It seems like a scam.

The service has been terrible this far. The mail arrived days before it was posted to the app. I requested the mail be scanned and then I was notified that someone picked up my item. Which after contacting them we determined it wasn’t the case. No I can’t get my item because the application doesn’t give me the option to do anything

Neither the website nor the app is functioning correctly. Received notification from sender that package was delivered. The website and the app did not disclose any information of Mail. Did receive a email concerning a package to be picked up only too late to be picked up on the day of arrival after I had already picked up the package. I was charged three dollars with no Invoice explaining the purpose of the charge. Can’t find any explanation on your website or your app for the charge. Still trying to reconcile discharge with your company and Staples.

I like the overall use of ipostal for my personal mail delivery. It has served me well being a world traveler. However, i am a 63yr old 100% disabled vet with limit tech savy. I read on app info mail center: When to contact your mail center. To consolidate or ship a package. Called mail center 18/10/24 for help. Was put on hold 30 min. Hung up called back. ipostal rep ans. Was told ,figure it out yourself all request must go thur app???Not PROFESSIONAL. So, i was left to figure out how to consolidate 4 letters to be forwarded to my primary residence. 22/10/24: i discover 3 letters no longer posting inbox , no indication of shipping. 1 letter still posting inbox?? Additionally, 3 x $ 115.58 CHARGE posting to my bank acct from ipostal?? I requested in comment box. Pls consolidate m20619,m20362,m20448,m20361. 4x I need help im disabled vet with limited abilities and $$$$. Please advise. Outside of this matter ipostal has worked great for the past 4-6 months
