I was charged for storage services due to a problem with my postal locations system. The customer service rep that handled it got a response a quickly and got me a refund for the bad charge promptly. Great job.

The iPostal1 Portal is quite easy to use and their various packages are set to meet everyones needs. If you are looking for a virtual postbox or a business address, give them a try.

I had received notification email messages that I have new mail and its ready to pick up. My first pick up experience was good, very convenient, no line.

The iPostal1 team is very helpful. As I travel a lot, and needed to support my parents in opening a separate box, completing the forms and confirming boxes needed support from iPostal1. They were very proactive and provided all the necessary support to complete the process. The boxes are working well.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY, you will be sorry and frustrated. To keep this review short, I will note just a couple of the many screw up they did. 1. Request scan, wait 2 weeks, nothing done. Finally they scan after my repeated emails, and the scans are BLANK!!! Because I did a scan and shred very important documents were lost. 2. Request mail sent by carrier after this scan debacle. I wait 2 weeks and NOTHING is yet sent out! This company is really the worst I've dealt with. There are other mail services that are much better. Do not use this company you will be sorry.

I send out a newsletter, so I must print an address. iPostal1 helps me with that. The people are friendly. I don't get a lot of mail, but I am notified in a timely manner when I do.

Being new to this service, I’ve actually really enjoyed it. It’s been effective and efficient and I’m gonna stick with it.

Great service, easy availability

I think iPostal is a great service, they just are not backed up by this Staples location very well. We experience an issue with them at least once every month. They almost never provide the requested service within the 48 hour window that is promised. I think iPostal is great, Staples not so much. But if Staples is the provider for iPostal, they may want to hitch their horse to another wagon.

Poor direction on account setup and authorized. Guided to get form 1583 notarized but not provided a secure way to upload forms and supporting docs. Directed to then submit forms and documents to local staples/ipostal1 for approval submission. This is incorrect as these branch offices are not allowed to submit them. Further told that online notary for form 1583 is the only options for setting up account even though this is provided 'Form 1583 notarized by a local notary public or may notarize their form online through Notarize.com' for a fee.

I am happy with the service and getting our mail forwarded in a timely manner. I didn't expect the cost of the shipping and the deposits I keep having to make.
