Avoid this company. They are not good at all with customer service and refunds. 14 days to refund and still waiting when given a 6 week delivery date.

Easy to use, best price I found online for celotex insulation with free delivery all in. Great as they gave me my preferred delivery day. Driver was ace and called me 30 mins beforehand. Left perfectly on path. Super happy!

We ordered insulation 22 April money left my account 24 April. They contacted me to say. Not in stock. 27 April. Told if we needed to order alternative the order had to bb cancelled and because the process for refund had started. Spoke with them today. Told me to wait until the 18tn. Not sure if thza will happen as they say it could take up to 14 days. The 18tn brings it to 21.

Disgraceful customer service . Ordered a product from this company's website . The company took payment immediately online. after the deadline for delivery had passed and i had not heard anything at all from the company i made contact with them only to be told that the product i ordered ( that the website showed as in stock) was not actually in stock . Not even any attempt to contact me from their end to tell me that the product was not actually in stock I asked for a refund and 12 days later , they still have not the grace nor the guilt to bother refunding me . Yet i had to pay them immediately to order what they don't have in stock. And surprise surprise.... if you go on their website they still show the product as being available . Total disrespect for customers Woeful couldn't care less attitude

I requested a quote for a large amount of insulation which was responded to very quickly and was very competitive. I was able to speak directly to their customer service to answer some questions that I had before placing the order. They arranged for delivery the next day and kept me informed at each stage of the process. Delivery was on time and efficient. Very pleased with the service, pricing and will definitely be using again!

Stumbled across the insulation hub website whilst looking for prices on Tyvek House wrap and tape. Insulation hub offered the cheapest price including delivery - ordered late Friday afternoon and was delivered on Monday. What more can I say, easy to use website, excellent prices, timely delivery!
