We wanted to order something a bit more bespoke and the customer service team were really helpful and responsive which made the ordering incredibly easy. Despatch was quick and the only despatch issues were due to me mixing up my postcodes! Just need to get it all installed now.

The glass lampshades arrived very well packed and were beautiful. Unfortunately the were the wrong size for my lamps so I contacted customer services who sent return label and refunded promptly on receipt. Thankyou I will carefully read sizes on my next order.
One star each for good customer service, and quality of goods. Unfortunately that is where the good stops, I brought a single globe pendant for our spare room and to start the pendant comes like a Meccano set. Nothing is put together and you have to do all the hard work. I understand why this is done for ease of manufacturer but for the price I would expect more ease of putting in together. Dunelm lights which are considerably cheaper do a better job of this. Secondly, the ceiling rose was an issue. I’m not sure who decided on the size of the rose but clearly they have never had to put all the bits and bobs into it and wire it up and get it on the ceiling. It needs to be a little bigger and the cheap wiring box needs to be better, it’s a nightmare. I finally got the light up and it has a tilt, I’ve fiddled with it but have concluded it’s caused by the dense, thick wire. It’s looks rubbish and I’m really disappointed. I was considering buying a kitchen light from them but won’t bother and they really aren’t worth the money or hype.
