Great product, good price and prompt delivery
This is my eighth light ( 3 wall lights and 5 ceiling lights) over the last few years plus 1 Bar stool. On every occasion not only were the Customer service staff I spoke to knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional but the lights are stunning and the quality excellent. Really enjoyed the experience of shopping with Industville. The website is really well laid out and the FAQs, etc. easy to purchase what we wanted. The shipping was really good, really well packaged and the time it took to come was great too. We had an issue with one of the flex’s but their customer service dealt with it quickly and no issues. The only thing I’d say about their products is the plastic piece which you undo/do up to adjust the flex. The plastic is really soft and I tried using a lighter screwdriver but the plastic did break up on one of them. I managed to resolve different. But maybe something which could be reviewed just to make them a little harder wearing. Otherwise, really impressed and the lights have really added character to our kitchen renovation. Ordered two products for our new property which eventually arrived due to DPD not being able to locate as itis a new build and new postcode. That said the products are exactly what we wanted and the staff helpful when I called about the missing deliverys.
Swift response, globe bulbs lasted 3 years, so no complaints. The lamps and shades still look magnificent!
