Fantastic customer service from Lorraine in Customer Service. Brooklyn wall lights arrived and one Amber glass shade was faulty. Called customer service and spoke to Lorraine who was very apologetic, charming and friendly. I then sent in photos and she arranged for 2 new matching shades to be sent out straight away and the others collected. New bulbs were perfect and wall lights are beautiful

The Brooklyn light is a solid well constructed product, excellent packaging and delivery was on time. The follow up on the web site to purchase bulbs, was a great idea, because I have forgotten that. Fitting it was a little fiddly but these things are. At the end I have a really atmospheric room, thanks Industville. Keep making beautiful products.

We purchased online some really good waterproof lights for the garden and they came in good time.
