I bought 2 pendant ceiling lights with glass globes, which are beautifully made. They were delivered promptly and we're well packed although there was a slight crack in one of the globes which when notified, Industville issued a replacement immediately. Excellent service.

I have purchased many of the Eddison pear shaped amber bulbs during the renovation of my barn conversion to go in my Industville fittings. These are expensive bulbs and I was tempted by the promise of their long life length. Some are still glowing 4 years later in a busy kitchen but others in the same run are very short lived, some only 6 weeks. I managed to receive only 4 replacements, the onus on me to 'prove' their length of life. This was initially easy with a single large purchase but with subsequent multiple orders it is more difficult. There is significant variability in the life of these bulbs and at £15 each I have tried to substitute cheaper imitations. The only reason I repeat purchase is that the Amber colour cant be replicated to match my existing bulbs. I now mark all bulbs with the date fitted and will be seeking replacements if they don't last the course. Life expectancy aside, these are a good looking bulb with a lovely warm glow without compromising on being able to see what you are doing!
