Poor experience, lack trust in this company. I spent in excess of £1000 on shades. Having been on their mailing list for a while was aware of occasional 20% discount offers so contacted them and asked when they expected their next promotion to take place. Their reply was there won't be one. I pointed out that I was a returning customer having spent a lot in the past and asked what discount was on offer - they told me their was no discount available. I then found an online 10% code that worked so felt cheated at this point but made the purchase nonetheless. A week later, I received a 20% off mail for most of the items I had bought. I can't see myself returning to shop with them.

Damaged internal part of a wall light due to users large head and a large dog. Described as the screwy thing inside the light but not the bulb holder. Customer service tracked my original purchase from yrs ago and somehow knew what part I needed. £7 and 3d later an otherwise unusable and unsafe outside unit is as good as new! 5 stars.
