Amazing food. Fresh, healthy and delicious

Positives: Ordering experience/website, packaging. Lasagne healthy and tasty. Negatives: Most dishes very acidic (Coconut Laksa was borderline inedible; overwhelming vinegar taste), some of the fresh dishes had far too little sauce for the amount of cabbage, etc. (Pad Thai Bowl), and most had far too little tofu/protein—an inexpensive and filling ingredient. The edamame fettuccine tasted like cardboard—regular semolina pasta would have been so much more appetising (maybe having gluten free substitutions as an option would solve this issue).

Last week i started Food Reset, after 2 days eating, my energy level went up significantly, suddenly i woke up early morning and felt refresh and even went for swimming in the morning. My body feels very light and have more regular bowel movement. I was skeptical at the beginning because i could not digest legume and beans which made my tummy bloated. But surprisingly i did not experience it. I have been recommending IKU to my friends and thinking to change my diet to wholefood diet.

I made my first order and I love it as I was seeking so long for meals who are mostly in compience to macrobiotic diet that maybe is not “trendy” as 20 years ago but it simply true and the best I can eat👏❤️Thank you

I think you need to make larger serves available. I have a big family and I would like to buy a casserole that serves 4 people rather than having to buy individual meals.

I've ordered 8 or 9 meals for the last 3 weeks and will continue to do so. I love most of the meals and usually find I just need to add a little bit of salt or lemon etc. to season them to my taste. IKU misses a star because my last order arrived with all 3 of the salad dressings from the pad thai bowls bloated and very spoiled.

Delicious and fresh, wide variety of foods and the portions are bigger than expected. Highly recommend!

Delicious vegan food for everyone who wants to eat no animal products.

I'd tried other food delivery services in the past, and while they haven't been bad, it quickly starts to feel like you're eating mass produced food. With Iku, the food is fresh, well made and prepared with care. 'care' is not the word you'd normally associated with meal deliveries, but everything from the consistent quality to the presentation shows the team at Iku care about providing high quality meals. Doing so creates loyal customers.

I enjoyed the food and the convenience, a few minor tweaks on some of the meal and it would be even better. The best part was the customer service - outstanding!

Simply delicious food, have enjoyed every meal I’ve tried! Have had the full reset and also the high protein as well as ordering other individual items. All have been delicious and enjoyed by the whole family who are omni. Has made my life so much easier being able to have these foods ready to go when I’m too busy to cook/prep but need good quality and nutritious food on the go. Highly recommend to anyone!

There are no enough words to describe how impressed i am with IKU meal's. I was a bit unsure at first how they would taste being so healthy but was absolutely blowen away at how delicious these meals are!!!! Your body feel's so good, satisfied and nourished after each meal. I only wish i had found out about this sooner. Thank you IKU. I am speaking words of praises to everyone I know and convincing them to give it a go too.
