IKU meals helped me through a busy period when I had no time or interest in shopping for food and cooking. I ordered a variety of good-quality, tasty, healthy plant-based meals online to be delivered. I had some at work and some at home in the freezer, ready to go. I ordered the meals while there was a discount which made the experience even better. I would order IKU meals again. You don't even have to be eating plant-based to enjoy them.

Having been a fan of iku food for many years, I was excited to try their home delivery service. I am trying the best seller set at the moment and so far am really enjoying it. My only suggestion would be adding more protein to the salads (Ive tried the asian cucumber and pad thai so far). More tofu would be perfect and also an inexpensive ingredient.

IKU has been surprisingly amazing. We’ve had other meal programs in the past but nothing came close in terms of deliciousness. The portion sizes are very generous. My wife and I have been sharing one portion and one salad as a meal. The paella, nachos and beans, mushroom toor dhal, salads, cottage pie have all been so flavor-packed, and some even surprised with great home-cooked spice flavors compared to other ready meals. The salads are really fresh and jam-packed with great super food ingredients. The juices are really fresh and not too sweet like some others. The tapioca desserts were a new concept for us to try, though they haven’t yet grown on us. The black rice sticky wasn’t the same as a normal version. These meals have been great to have during the week when there’s just no time for cooking. Our next challenge is getting the kids to have them. 😂

The food was fresh and delicious. Delivery was on time and it was packaged well. Only issue is the best before date. I had 3 days to consume 7 days worth of lunches!

The variety of food has been great. It just makes it easy to have a good quality meal, free from industrial seed oils that I can reheat when I get home and feel too tired to cook. There is a good selection to choose from The bancha tea cake is a delicious snack It arrives well packed with an ice pack I will order again.

On my 2nd delivery at the moment, happy so far. Based off the good portion sizes and a full veg menu, this is now my preferred meal delivery company. I love that its not a subscription service so I don’t need to worry about canceling orders. I can simply order anytime I want. Delivery to Melbourne suburbs has been smooth.

I had six unique meals from IKU. Two were home runs, the rest a little bland imo. I know the meals are generally good for me, which is a solid pro, however the occasional blandness and price bring it back down to earth.

Iku is hands down the best meal delivery service. Their dishes are not just well balanced and delicious, but also have great nutritional value without being super high in sodium. We love everything about Iku and order from them almost every week❤️

Perfect and beautiful food.

Delivery to my door is the best! The food is packaged so well in cardboard boxes carefully lined with foil insulation and icepacks to keep it fresh. The salads my favourite, are fresh, zesty and interesting.The cooked meals are satisfying and flavourful. All in all a great product.

IKU food is always consistently delicious. Good healthy animal free food. The prices are good. The delivery is quick and reliable and the Management / Customer service is excellent. Thank you.

Easy delivery to my door but meals not good enough for asking price. Pies are dry and taste stale.

I love Iku's food - the tofu fritters, tahini and parsley sauce, and mushroom mince are standouts. Great value and really good service, and you know you are getting products that are nutritionally, ethically and environmentally sound.
