I've received a couple of orders of Iku meals so far and have been loving them - favourites include all the pies and lasagnas! It's great that most of the meals (the non-salad ones) have pretty long expiry dates and you can also freeze them. Also really love that the individual meals come in compostable packaging (testing underway as to how well that actually happens in our home compost!). The only improvement I'd suggest is if Iku was able to collect the bubble wrap stuff the box comes packaged with, as that could definitely be reused in other orders.

Such an easy way to eat healthy

Yummm..absolutely delicious! I have just recently decided to eat vegan for better health & wellbeing! I was so excited to find great vegan food made fresh from IKU . Great selection, affordable & very surprisingly tasty. I just added extra startch foods to my plate so that the quantity was a little more so that I could be satiated at each meal. Feeling great & lost 7kg in a month just cutting out all animal products. Looking forward to a new healthy lifestyle with the help of IKU meals.

I just quit Soulara - Iku is king! I highly recommend it, the meals are great, delivery excellent and great customer service.

There's a pinch of truth in all these statements about proper eating. When I rejected consuming a lot of meat, eating more light carbs and seafood, I started to feel way lighter, you know. Like when you eat very fatty food, you don't want to do anything afterward. But with seafood and Pan-Asian food, everything is okay. This is how I revealed this service for me and I regularly shop here. It's convenient getting a lunch right by your house, without significant effort. Just a couple of clicks and this is it.

Nutrituous, great tasting food at good prices! I ordered a bunch of meals for my weekly lunches but I liked them so much I even ate them for dinner! So next week I ordered twice the quantity.

Yummy and healthy Plant Based Food IKU food is not only healthy it is delicious too. My daughter also takes them to school for lunch. So convenient and healthy for her compared to school canteen! Her favourites are Udon Noodles, Pad Thai and Pesto Fettucine. I have already made another order! IKU is going to be in our regular meal rotation.

Delicious food - not bland and definitely not boring. I also appreciate it when the salsa says 'spicy' and it actually isn't just sweet chilli sauce. So good, cheers!

Lovely food

Easy to order and hassle free delivery. Have really enjoyed all the food except the new one you had for half price, Just a personal taste preference. The food is full of flavor and very well thought out and a good price for the excellent quality of the ingredients. Looking forward to my next delivery.

Was really hoping Iku would work out as a local alternative to Soulara, but the meals are literally inedible. The edamame “pasta” substitutes are INEDIBLE. It is like eating cardboard. But that’s the least of their worries. Every meal tastes so acidic and vinegary! The salads were a bit better but there is barely anything to them. I’m genuinely confused about how these meals make it out of testing and why people keep returning.

Food is surprisingly fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.
