The date did get changed by several days and the fitter did come late on the day but did let me know. The boiler took about 5hrs to fit and he did work very hard to get the job done with a very high standard of work so very pleased a good 5 star job well done.

Needed to replace my boiler urgently and contacted iHeat. Got an online quote and after sending in some photos they confirmed and locked in the quote. They have an engineer available for the next day. The whole experience was seamless and unbelievable. They were the cheapest like for like quote I got and was impressed by the overall process and service. I would not hesitate to recommend their services based on my experience.

if i could give IHEAT 10 stars i would do so, i cannot fault this company. from the very start brillient service and a great price nearly half the british gas price, from going online a very easy survey to fill in, picked the recommended boiler from a choice of boilers,picked my own installation date, 4 days later a gas safe fitter installed my new boiler sper service took the old boiler and packaging away FIRST CLASS job so pleased and he ARRIVED on time. i will always recommend iheat

I decided to go with iHeat for a much-needed replacement for my combi boiler. The price was very competitive and the process of booking the installation and arranging finance and payment was very straightforward. I was even able to get the installation booked within the next week. The engineer Daniel did an excellent job fitting the new boiler and thermostat, gave a detailed explanation of the new setup and left the property clean and tidy. iHeat kept me up to date throughout the whole process and registered the warranty promptly after the installation. Would certainly recommend them.

Very simple process to have a new boiler installed. From selecting the boiler and paying online, to having the new boiler professionally fitted and the heating/hot water back on was around 48 hours.
