I was looking everywhere for a new boiler that was reasonably priced. I found iHeat which seemed to be the most competitive on price, but the reviews I have seen made it even more appealing. The process was easy and I had an installation within a few days. The engineer who fitted the boiler was fantastic, very friendly and chatty and was incredibly polite. I would recommend iHeat to anyone in the future who needs a new boiler or any service in general

After seeing some good reviews about iHeat and their products I thought I would give them a go so I ordered a new Alpha boiler. They arranged for installation and the engineer turned up at 9.20 am after 8 hours he informed me the boiler was faulty. So I phoned iHeat and spoke to Alex the after sales person she explained that it would take up to 48 hours for an engineer to come out which wasn’t helpful. I asked about what happens next she said that they will contact the manufacturer and they will be in touch in the next 48 hours. Given the temperatures outside are freezing with two children in the house. I was quite angry. Today I phoned iheat and spoke to Alex who assured me that she had already been in touch with the alpha engineers and they would be coming out today but if they hadn’t made contact by 2pm I was to phone her so she could if needed chase them up. At 12.05 I received a call from the engineer he said he would be with me in 25 mins. He turned up a got straight to absolutely brilliant guy the boiler wasn’t faulty it just needed someone who was familiar with these units, Take nothing away from the installation guy who had done a good job and spent 8 hours on installation. I’ve got to say it wasn’t good for the 24 hrs where we had no hot water or central heating but I was impressed how iheat had followed up Alex had totally put us first and treated us as a priority. So now we have heating and hot water. Thank you for your communication and updates great effort totally redeemed!!!

Boiler went in the freezing cold weather and was fully replaced within 48 hours by Gary one of the fitters . Gary was amazing and went above and beyond for myself Jezz and wife Dawn . I can't thank IHeat and Gary enough for the Sterling service they gave us all round .

Great customer service by Claire and Holly, everything was explained perfectly with all the questions I asked prior to the install. The engineer Tom who came to carry out the install rang me to ask questions about certain things before he carried out work, the level of professionalism was outstanding from all. Tom carried out the install in 1 day and due to having no internet at the home, he kindly said once we have internet, to give him a call and he will set up the hive. After the install, he explained how to do some Maintenance if the pressure was low and given me a brief explanation about the boiler itself. Couldn’t recommend the team more. After the boiler was installed, I got a call a few days later to from Claire to explain the warranty & answered any questions I asked without any hesitation. Great work and well organised, kept in communication throughout the whole process from pure chasing to fitting to aftercare. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Ordered new boiler through iheat,the process was very easy,I uploaded photos of my old boiler and my old flue and position of it,I picked my installation date to suit me,on the day Shane the fitter phoned me to say he was an hour away,when he arrived the explained what was going to happen,he then covered stairs and landing with tarpaulin to protect carpets,he got on with the job very professionally, he explained things as he went on,when finished he set up the hive app and explained how to use it and also the boiler controls,he then cleaned up everything and took away old boiler and boxes etc,overall a very good experience and I would highly recommend iheat,well done you are doing a great job

Good and easy website very easy to find the boiler and fitting service you need, confirmation email on placing order. Uploaded photos of existing boiler and where it is and flue outlet was. Phone call night before fitting from the Iheat team making sure all is still proceeding on my chosen day. The guys who came and fitted the boiler were on their game fitted the boiler with little fuss and all was left clean and tidy and I was given a full run down on how the boiler worked before they left. All certs and warranty and instructions were emailed after the fitting was completed also a call from Iheat asking if all was ok. Only criticism if there is any was there was no contact between booking and the day before the fitting day which was 2 weeks for me maybe a quick email saying all is proceeding as agreed just to let people know they’re not been scammed, I did have to check all was ok on a online chat with Iheat team and that all was proceeding as agreed.

Quick install date given considering it was Christmas/New Year. The Engineer was brilliant, on time & fitted & checked everything working correctly. He worked really hard all day & left everywhere spotless & ensured understanding of how new system worked. Follow up from Iheat has been really good, completed warranties & offered any advise. Overall would def recommend.

Everything from start to finish was great. Our boiler went on Christmas eve, so obviously they couldn't be there the next day. However within a couple of days a date was arranged and the new boiler was installed. Benjamin, our engineer phoned when he was close by to let us know he was on his way, and throughout the 4 hours it took to change the boiler, he worked cleanly, quietly, and explained everything that needed to be discussed or shared. Brilliant service.

I am really disappointed with the service that I have received from iHeat.Boiler fitter man left the Kitchen Cupboard unit out side. I thought after the boiler was installed he put it back.If this wasn’t the case then I should have been informed before your technician commenced the work. I would have then cancelled the job and find an alternative. The technician only informed me that he will not be putting back the unit after the boiler was installed,Don’t buy boiler from Iheat,

The new boiler arrived on the date stated and the engineer fitted and did all the necessary to leave us with heating and hot water. He was pleasant, helpful organised and efficient, cleaned up and left only when all was working perfectly.

Excellent service first rate installation. Can’t fault this company at all. Very communicative helpful and clear in terms of the booking and price. The boiler engineer was very helpful pointed out how the boiler was fitted and provided some general assistance with the manual and operation. I highly recommend this company.
