Initially sceptical and nervous about using an online company who promised next day service for a boiler install, I needn’t have been from initial order and date given (not next day) but this due to Xmas hols we were given next available install date which was 6 days from order which included a weekend and the bank holiday. Plumber arrived before 9am on the install date and was just great no mess at all and cleared everything away when finished. Explained fully how the new boiler worked he was a credit to Iheat and I would tell anyone who is nervous of investing their money to not be and just use Iheat they have been great , spoke to people not robots before and after install and just wanted to know we were happy with everything absolutely fantastic and faultless service

Use at your own peril, no hot water after installation and still waiting on a call, pipe work outside house dodgy and the customer service is bad! All the best if you do use the company!

Very professional. Time of year made Very difficult to book engineer. I tried all local engineers and no one could come to assess the boiler for weeks. They all said lucky before Christmas. Engineer was on time, completed same day,professional clean job. Made sure we knew how to work system. Left contact if any problems.

Boiler decided to give up over Christmas, struggled to get someone out and price was way more then we anticipated. Contacted iheat, did all online, they sorted the finance and came 3 days later to install on a Saturday!! Can’t say enough about the engineer only that he was an absolute star, overcame problems as if they were nothing! Always someone on the end of the phone. Phoned to check all ok. Finally it was way Cheaper than the other places I tried, never left a review for anything before but iheat was so good I had too!

I had a rejected repair from another companies boiler cover. Decided to replace as it was 17 years old. Found iheat on Google. Didn’t know anything about them but the reviews looked good and the price seemed competitive. They could fit within 2 days the week before Xmas. Communication was excellent throughout. It even wasn’t an issue when I changed my order the day before. Can’t speak highly enough of the fitter on the day. Explained the full process throughout the day. I am hardly surprised he had won fitter of the year for the company that week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Nice to know there are still companies like this out there. 5 stars.

Excellent process from start to finish. First contact was easy to set up installation and any financial procedures required, installation day went to plan and the contractor was quick, clean and respectful of property. Great guy.

Installation went well. The engineer was very friendly, done all the cleaning after finishing Wasn't very confident on the beginning when I bought the boiler but I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recomend IHeat.

The engineer (Lee) arrived on time, completed the job quicker than expected, and left everything clean and tidy. The engineer explained everything clearly, from the fitting process to how to use the new system and the boiler works perfectly. Here is my review of the Worcester Bosch 4000 30kW combi-boiler! I love it! Before, the old system, Baxi, with its analogous thermostat control was fiddly, sometimes awkward. A minor adjustment and the radiators are far too hot, the other way it's cold. But to be fair it did last just over 17 years. Then it started to make some strange noises, from the boiler or through the pipes. I had to turn the thermostat down to get hot water, then turn it back up to resume the heating. Either way it a sign the boiler is on the way out. After a few days deliberations we decided to go for a new one. Internet search didn't last long as we opted for the iheat website as their prices, and finance plans, was well within our budget. Half the cost, the other half on finance. Very happy with that so we went ahead and booked an installation date which is to our choice (end of November). The gas engineer (I believe was a sub-contractor) was amazing. He understood the fact that I was deaf and his communication skills was brilliant. Spent nearly all day. He was very meticulous with the removal and installation processes, and when that was done went over the controls, both boiler and thermostat controls. I left the boiler where it is set at, but the thermostat control was set up and down. Just in time as the cold weather was just starting (December '24 and January '25). The house is now so comfortable we have left the settings at 18.5ºC. Half a degree? .. that is how accurate the thermostat is, and the radiator is not hot or cold, just keeping the temperature where it is. I have to say I am impress with it. Thank you iheat .. and thank you to the gas engineer for a perfect installation job!
