Seamless transition from an old system boiler to a combi boiler. Everything ran smoothly from my initial order to installation. The gas engineer (Tom) that fitted the new boiler is a credit to his profession,clean and tidy,took all the old equipment away and bricked up the old flue hole with matching bricks. He arrived at 07.30 and didn't stop all day to ensure my new boiler was up and running that same day. I wouldn't hesitate to use Iheat again in the future......First class.

The engineer who installed the boiler was very good Logistics was also good, but once you book the job, you don't hear ANYTHING from the company until - literally the day before, so you don't know if is going to go ahead until the last minute

Installed on day with not much mess or fuss. The only critique is that I booked it because it appeared they would do it on Tuesday. They then confirmed that verbally but at time of formally booking it was put back to Thursday and they said they can’t guarantee the day, which was a mixed message.

We needed a new boiler and found the great reviews and good prices on iHeat. We had to wait a few days because it was a busy time of year, but were kept up to date and our engineer arrived on time and the job was completed efficiently. It was a very easy process. I've noticed that there's a hole from the wall above the loft where the overflow pipe from the boiler's pump pop-out and should be sealed with insulation foam or acceptable. Also the indicator valve arrows positions are inconsistently installed (e.g., most of them are slightly hidden / behind the valves). I'm struggling in connecting the handy hive gadget online. Anything else working well.

Sam from their Customer Service Department dealt with all my questions in a patient, courteous and prompt manner and responded to my emails within minutes. Aurimas the engineer who installed my boiler couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. He explained every aspect of the installation and provided clear and easy to follow instructions on how to use the thermostat. Amazing. If only every company provided such a high level of quality.

iHeat we’re easy to deal with. All done on line quick and easy to understand. From ordering to installation was quick. I was kept informed about who was coming, the time and date. A very good experience using iHeat, easy to order boiler online and upload photos of our property. The boiler was installed in 48 hours of ordering, our engineer Juris was really friendly and explained everything regarding what would happen and did a great installation of the new boiler. The installation work was done on the agreed day and the the engineer fully explained the new boiler and it's controls after installation. We can highly recommend iHeat for both price & customer service.

I would not recommend this company, had a new boiler fitted last week. Have water pouring out an overflow out the back door which has resulted in flooding. Also leaks under the sink. Iheat are refusing to fix because it's not the boiler
