Ian Crabb who came to install our boiler was very professional and friendly and did a great job. He made sure everywhere was left clean and tidy. We also received a call from the IHeat team today ensuring our job was carried out to a high standard and the lady was able to answer any queries we had regarding registering the boiler. Excellent communication and great customer service, they answered questions quickly and checked back regularly to ensure all was well. Our Engineer, Dean, was prompt and did an excellent job despite it being a slightly tricky install due to the age of our property and previous boiler. Would certainly recommend.

Had decided to use one of two other similar companies, the at the last minute switched to iHeat. Rang and got one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. Lots of emails ensued, which never fazed her one bit. Thank you G. Also had attention from N. Similar experience. Thanks N, Both knowledgeable and rather good at their jobs, to be honest. Panicked at one point when I thought the mutually arranged install date was not going to happen, but...sure enough, it was all in place. Installer was professional, courteous, tidy and well presented. Good worker.

Everything From initial quote on website To registering the guarantee is 11 * I obtained some quotes on a Saturday made my decision on the Monday and sorted 0% finance same morning. Boiler was fitted on the Tuesday. The fitter was brilliant, no mess. On Wednesday I honestly thought the boiler fairies must have been in the night. I can totally recommend this company All this and £500 cheaper than British Gas.

The online quoting and booking system is straight forward, unfortunately I was unable to have the boiler I wanted due to technical reasons but they were very helpful in suggesting a suitable one. I was kept fully informed by the polite staff at every stage, from installation and following the installation . The engineer that came was very friendly and clean and tidy, my installation was in the garage but he treated it like he was working in the house with dust sheets down and even hoovered up at the end I am in the engineering trade so know good from bad , but his work was excellent. We did have two cancellations which was disappointing at the time the reason for not giving five stars, just waiting for winter now to try it out

Excellent value, service. Given a great price that includes everything from installation, to fitting our boiler. Holly from iheat was fantastic she explained everything about it. Would definitely recommend.
