I found the process for ordering the new boiler very good .the staff are always happy to help and did what was needed. I will recommend IHeat for service and my fitter was professional and again did a good job thank you .

The whole experience with i heat was excellent. The guy that came to fit the new boiler was very friendly and helpful. As he also sorted out leak that occurred to, which didn't have to do. But he didn't want to leave me in a mess.. and there was also a phone call afew day after it had all been fitted to make sure everything was alright and in working order. So would highly recommend.

Needed a new boiler, after 10 year old boiler, started causing issues on Boxing Day. Found iHeat after searching online. Arranged for boiler to be fitted a few days later. All went smoothly, a slight leak the following day, fitter came back quickly to sort. Now working perfectly. Now able to control heating, via wireless programmable thermostat. Very pleased with whole experience

I was searching google for a few days for a replacement combi boiler and stumbled across iheat. They had a huge selection and also beat any other quotes that I saw after days of searching. I ordered it all online with ease and received a call to confirm my installation date. Everything went perfect and the workmanship of the engineer was great. Easy to order new boiler through website, was able to fit in following week. Was told engineer would ring a few days before which didn't happen but they did send a confirmation email. We needed to replace our boiler in a hurry, after searching online we found I- heat. They could supply the boiler we wanted, at a great price. It was fitted 4 days later by an excellent engineer who did a great job.we were very happy with the outcome and the total cost was actually £300 less than British Gas.

A week into our new boiler and so far it's been a hassle-free experience. We were changing from a conventional to a combi boiler so photos were submitted and approval granted. The installer was outstanding - not only a friendly bloke who cleaned up after him but all the work of disposing of the old system and installing the new was completed in the day. House is now toasty and we're very happy!
